i picked up something lately and wanted to share

at most public lybreries in israel major cities you will find low cost internet at a good rate . at some of these libreries you will not even have to pay at all . i surfed the web in a public librery in Jerusalem for more then an hour and payed only 5 NIS (1.5$). you wont be able to connect with skype (it is a liberey after all).

some post offices at the mayjor cities are providing wireless connection for free..

AFAIK, there is a free municipal network in center Jerusalem , i connected to it in jaffa street (yaffo st) and also in king George st' . Needles to say you need a laptop in order to connect.
